Chapter 13 - New Love, Friends and Pets

Sharaya was not dealing well with all of this death in the family so she turned to her imaginary friend Pal to compfort her.

Theodore has also been playing with his toy Snuggles and his mum has potty trained him. Unfortunately as the third child and being brought into this world surrounded by death, he has not been taught the basics of walking and talking as quickly as his other brother and sister.

Dixie decided to take her kids Sharaya and Sheldon fishing at a nearby lake to get their minds off of things and to spend quality time together. As they reached the lake's edge, the family came across two wild horses prancing through the trees. Sharaya fell in love with these wild horses. It was at this very moment that Sharaya decided her lifetime wish would be an 'Animal Rescuer'.



The fishing day with the family did not ease Sheldon's inner rebellion brought about by one of his teenage mood swings. He had to take out his pent up anger on something so he decided to egg a nearby house.

It wasn't long before Ryan's ghost returned and started haunting the house. He was causing alot of trouble in the house and kept waking up the kids. Conor couldn't even refrain from starting one of the usual arguments he has with Ryan, even after death. It wasn't long before Sheldon decided to take a trip to the graveyard and place his gave amongst the rest of the deceased family.

Sharaya soon began revisiting the lake trying to find the wild horses she saw previously. Instead she came across a young boy from school called Antonio Valenotti. They chatted and played by the lakeside and soon became good friends.

Sharaya eventually came across one of the wild horses she fell in love with. No matter how hard she tried to get its attention and show it affection, the horse was not interested. It was going to be alot harder to befriend stray animals than Sharaya originally thought!

As Sharaya's attempts to befriend a stray have failed so far, she soon decides to put her newly caught fish in a fish tank and she has carefully been looking after her new pet.

It soon became Theodore's birthday. It was time for him to age into a child. He has grown up gaining the 'Cat Person' trait. He has also decided that his lifetime wish will be 'Ark Builder'. He has turned out to be a cutie!

All of Dixie's time spent chatting with people online has finally paid off for her and her heart is open enough now to meet new people. She soon got to know a young vampire named Emil Pachico. They got along so well she decided to invite him over. He was even cuter in person than she had imagined!

They soon became best friends and they even have compatible star signs. Dixie soon decided to pluck up the courage to ask him out on a date and he said yes. After alot of flirting and hugging they went out to dinner. Dixie felt really good to be in the arms of a man again. She missed the companionship of being in a relationship and she is hoping she can find love again with Emil!

Theodore began to hang out alot with his imaginary friend Snuggles however it was not enough for him. Because he was a cat person, he longed to adopt a cat of his own. After alot of convincing from Theodore, Dixie soon adopted a cat named Gilbert. Gilbert is aggressive, a genius and neat.

Theodore was very excited to have a kitty cat, however when he went to pick Gilbert up, he just hissed at him and refused to be picked up! Gilbert was not the loving cat Theodore had expected!

Not long after the new arrival to the household, Sharaya had her birthday and aged up into a teenager. She has gained the 'great kisser trait'. She has grown up to be quite a hottie!
