Chapter 6 - In Life and Death

Mandy and Burton have alot of work on their hands looking after two toddlers, but they sure do make a lovely family.

Burton has been busy toilet training Dominick while Mandy has been working on teaching Tanishea how to talk.

Every now and then, Mum and dad need a break from the kids. Mandy attended one of her Boss's parties while Burton looked after the kids one night, and she ran into her sister and her boyfriend who seemed to be really enjoying eachothers company by the pool...

There was also one night that Burton decided to head out to a dance club. Little did he know that while he was out, Gobias popped by the house for a visit. Gobias and Mandy were flirting with eachother the whole evening. Obviously Mandy still felt an attraction to Gobias despite now being married to Burton.

Mandy also soon became pregnant a third time. She continued to paint her beautiful paintings while Burton put his handiness skills to work fixing all the broken appliances in the house.

Burton was also helping around the house more and he tried his hand at cooking despite having no cooking skills. Unfortunately it ended in disaster and the kitchen caught fire. Because Burton is a coward he soon fainted and Mandy was left to fend for herself until the firefightwrs came to put out the blaze.

As the days went by, it was soon Dominick's birthday and he aged up into a child. He gained the Artistic trait. It looks like he will be a budding artist just like his mum.

Dominick was turning out to be a great son. He made it on the honours roll at school and every day after school he loved to have a chat with his dad and ask how his day was.

Mandy also soon gave birth to a boy named Kristian. As he aged up into a toddler he gained the excitable and artistic traits. He has his dad's  hair, skin and eyes.

What a perfect life. Three wonderful kids, a great husband and a beautiful house. Things were working out so well for Mandy...

But early one evening when Mandy and Burton were heading to bed and Mandy looked out the window and she could see the grim reaper standing there, calling for Burton. It was time for Burton to die. Mandy did not want him to go, he still has not seen his children grow up yet and Mandy could not bare the thought of bringing up three young children on her own.

Dominick could not believe his dad was gone. It was so sad to know that Burton would not be there when Dominick graduated highschool and got his first job.

As Burton passes over, he gets his last glimpse of his daughter Tanishea as she happily plays in the loungeroom blissfully unaware. He is happy with the life that he lived, and he thinks of his family and wishes them the best in their lives as he sinks down into his eternal grave.

Just as Burton departs this world, Tanishea ages up in her life into a child. Not the best way to bring about a birthday but Tanishea becomes a beautiful little girl and gains the neat trait. It's just a shame that Tanishea's birthday will always be remembered as the day her dad died.

Tanishea looks like she may become a real rock in this family as she takes it upon herself to console her grief stricken mother.

RIP Burton. A dedicated father, a loyal husband and a hard worker. May he forever be missed!
